1. About Safexen

Safexen is a smart security platform providing IoT-based security devices, mobile applications, alert systems, and subscription-based monitoring services for homes, shops, and businesses.

Safexen is a brand of Zarc Industries Private Limited, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (India).

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Minors may use the Platform only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account
• You shall not misuse, tamper with, or reverse-engineer Safexen devices or software
• You shall comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations

4. Products & Services

Safexen products include physical IoT security devices and software-based services. Device availability, features, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

5. Payments & Billing

All payments for Safexen products and services are processed in the name of Zarc Industries Private Limited.

• Payments may be made via UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, or other supported methods
• Subscription charges may be recurring unless cancelled
• Prices are subject to change
• Taxes will be applied as per Indian law

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the Safexen Return & Refund Policy published on the Platform.

Subscription fees and digital services are generally non-refundable once activated.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, firmware, designs, logos, trademarks, content, and technology related to Safexen are the exclusive intellectual property of Zarc Industries Private Limited.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the Platform.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Unauthorized access, hacking, scraping, or automation
• Misuse of alerts, data, or system resources
• Uploading malware or harmful code
• Using the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes

9. Limitation of Liability

Safexen is an assistive security system. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zarc Industries Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including loss of property, data, revenue, or business.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the preceding 3 months.

10. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
