1. Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Safexen purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return subject to the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
• The product must be returned with original packaging, accessories, and manuals
• A valid invoice or proof of purchase is mandatory

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Subscription plans, software services, or digital services once activated
• Products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse
• Products returned without original packaging or accessories

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method
• Refunds are processed in the name of Zarc Industries Private Limited
• Refund processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider
• Typically, refunds are credited within 3–5 business days

4. Shipping & Return Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or wrong item delivery.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount

Safexen products are shipped across India using reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Shipping Method

We currently offer Standard Shipping for all orders. Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor your shipment in real time.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. Any delays caused due to incorrect address details will be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Payments & Billing

All payments made for Safexen products and services are billed and processed under the name of Zarc Industries Private Limited. This name will appear on your bank statement, invoice, and payment confirmations.
